Consider them as being very important for your ability to get home (or anywhere) in the event you have to be on foot. The only major addition I would include are a pair of sneakers, even old ones, as they will be far more comfortable than most any work shoes (even for men).]

I carry all this stuff but glad to hear how you use it….I would suggest, strongly, to include some way to make a walking staff, and/or, if natural materials are not available, include a stout cane.
I would also ask that in the future you might include a written list in addition to your fine video….
