There is no ammo shortage , the thing nobody is understanding , is that ammunition manufactures can not predict public panic , they are producing to capacity right now for the most popular calibers . I read a comment on a blog complaining about Ruger , same thing , Ruger only has two factories , one of them is here in AZ , and neither factory is very big …….they are at full capacity . weapon and ammunition manufacturers are in business to take care of your shooting needs , they are also in business to make money . If a manufacturer cant keep up with demand in a panic , they have a choice of either building a new factory to catch up , and then getting stuck with the expense of that factories production sales dropping when the panic dies down , or keeping the factories they currently have cranking at capacity . They will choose the latter every time . Remember , WE the consumer cause the shortages …….not the manufactures or the government . Just sayin .
That’s a good point, T.R. I’m sure we tend to put meaning to things that aren’t really there sometimes. I really just liked the video as examples of what you can do to practice without needing ammo.
