Canning on a Glass Top Range
[Katzcradul discusses a few problems as well as a few tips regarding canning on a glass top stove. Generally, manufacturers say you cannot do so on a glass top range because the burner might not be large enough to accommodate some pots, which may not allow the pot to get hot enough.
