[Normally I would say dehydrating eggs at home is a bad idea and you should leave the dehydrating of foods such as eggs and dairy products to the professionals. Having said that, I think I will give this a shot soon simply for the reasons that dehydrated eggs are expensive and this looks interesting. Of course, if you have any concerns whatsoever then don't do it. Otherwise, be sure to watch the ENTIRE video to see the additional steps she takes after initial dehydrating. I would, however, choose to pack the dehydrated eggs a bit differently such as in mason jars.]
