In this video, Southerprepper1 talks about homemade smoke bombs which can be “[used] for screening your movement, diversion or signaling for help.” Although he doesn’t show you directly how to make it you can apparently find plenty of videos on YouTube that will show you how. According to him this is not illegal to do but I would verify that statement on your own if you ever choose to try this or anything similar.

If you live in a state that allows fireworks , get yourself a few Orange smoke bombs and put them in your car and backpack when you go camping or in the outdoors ………why ? because if you get in trouble , orange smoke getts attention ! orange smoke rising above a tree line will stand out and be seen , and is much more likely to be investigated because orange is a universal distress signal color . There are situations when you DO want to be found .
Very good item to have , even some of the store bought one are not bad .
