[Apparently the LDS Cannery's do operate a bit differently from one site to another, but the one near me still allows me to can there even though I'm not a member. If you haven't done so yet, FIND YOUR LOCAL CANNERY and go visit there! Be honest with them and you're likely going to be allowed to use their facilities. I know when I've went in the past you can not only your stuff but everyone else that is there as well; that is, everyone pitches in until the job is done. It usually takes just a few hours on Saturday morning. Just FYI, they're going to be the least expensive resource for dried foods.]
