[This isn't a subject I want to ponder but, these days, most survival-related subjects aren't. The management of the deceased after any disaster, especially long term ones, may very well be something you'll need to consider. At the very least, you should have a clue what you can and should do about it, how to keep yourself healthy, and so on. The PDF he references in the video is here. I spent a bit of time browsing through the book and found it somewhat useful. You'll find information on risk factors, safety precautions, burial, and a descent FAQ. Considering that this book is intended as a field manual for first responders some of the suggestions and topics are not relevant to us in a post-disaster scenario. That said, you'll still learn a few things so spend a few minutes browsing it.]

Missed one. First, pry the gun out of their cold dead hands.
Ha Ha. Funny, but true.
I’ll check out the referenced file soon but this is, sadly, something we need to be better prepared for. Thank you for the link.
