My girlfriend is Russian and introduced me to buckwheat , I never see it hardly outside of ethnic markets . As a hot cereal or in soups its fantastic and from what I have read , very good for you and those with gluten free diet . I guess you could use the barley chart for storage capacity ….its about the same size .
