ZionPrepper demonstrates a rope he made from nothing but plastic garbage bags in this YT video. I was shocked at how strong it was and immediately began thinking about saving all those bags that we throw away, errrr… recycle. Here’s the YT video reference showing how to make the rope if interested.

Yeah , if you were a hoarder and had piles and piles of them , had a lot of time on your hands ……..then you could in an emergency , pull that rope out from under the body of one of your 67 cats and use it to climb out the window if the building was on fire …………just hope that the flames are no where near the rope on the way down .
I was thinking more about use as alternative cordage if you had no other option. At least, it’s good to know you can do it if you had to.
