Remember those home phones that nobody uses anymore? Well, I can’t say that I would try this “trick” unless I had no other choice, but according to this video your home phone may be a usable source of emergency power. That said, you need a few parts and some soldering skills so stock up if you intend to try it. Use at your own risk!
