THANKS! I copied, pasted on a Word document and printed for my binder. I intend of asking the VA Medical Center if they can update my immunization record. Since I have been out of the military for 2 years, I am not real current on shots.

For those that have Adobe Acrobat (not just Adobe Reader) you can also convert web pages to a PDF file and keep the formatting almost identical. This has the added benefit of being able to then take this information and including it in a reference library that nearly anyone can view and use.
