I went to reheat some of our leftovers (fish and a broccoli/quinoa side dish) from the other night and, instead of popping it in the microwave as I usually do, I thought, “why not try the Sun Oven?” After all, I’ve never seen anyone say anything about using it reheat foods. Maybe that’s because it’s blatantly obvious, I don’t know. Anyway, it worked flawlessly. Since I preheated the oven to 300+ degrees and let my leftovers stay in the oven for about 30 minutes, the food was nice and hot and couldn’t have tasted better… for leftovers, that is.
