The “ICE Cards” Prescription Medications are not correct, not showing all medications, or not referenced properly, why?

Make sure you do not have the Contorl Toolbox Design Mode set to “ON”. If you do then no command buttons or other automatic (behind the scenes) stuff will not work, such as referencing the Prescription Medications properly. In earlier version of Excel (2003 and earlier) go to View -> Toolbars -> Contorl Toolbox and ensure the Design Mode button is not activated.
