This is a printer setting. Navigate to your default printer on the Control Panel and look for a setting under Print Preferences that says “Print last page first” or something similar. You may also find that although you changed your printer settings Excel seems to remember the default settings and continues to print incorrectly. Unfortunately, I do not know how to remedy this situation.
