I’ve only ever used my Mr. Heater Buddy for it’s intended purpose–for heat–so I was surprised to see ways that people not only make use of them for other survival needs, such as cooking, but ways that make it more efficient, including the use of heat powered stove fans to push more heat. Even though it’s supposed to be an indoor safe heater, meaning the heater shouldn’t produce significant amounts of carbon monoxide, it never hurts to know for sure. The following video is a demonstration showing the Mr. Heater, at least inside of an RV, isn’t a carbon monoxide danger.     Very interesting. I’ve always wondered about those heaters and how good they are. I have one but I need to get a CO monitor, just to be sure.
