For what it’s worth, I found it interesting that he ranked my home state of Missouri with an “A” grade because of several factors. Personally, I wouldn’t have ranked it that high! But what do I know, lol?
Also, he mentioned a PDF guide you can download, but it costs money; same goes for the county-by-county guides for each state. But if you want more than just a brief video, then maybe they’re they way to go. Enjoy!
