Egg Storage Experiment – Week 16 Results

I know this post is late for the day but I’ve been under the weather, please excuse me. So, here’s this week’s egg (it didn’t float):

As I wasn’t planning on eating this egg tonight since we just had dinner, I cracked it onto a disposable plate:

To my surprise, this egg looked really good. I fully expected it to be similar to the past few week’s eggs in that the yolk is broken down but that’s not the case at all. FYI, I tried to smell the egg but my nose is stuffy so I can’t report on the smell but I would suspect that this egg was just fine to eat.

Only two eggs left, yippee!
