I wanted to take a moment to wish you all well. I do hope you’re able to spend some time with family, take a break from work or whatever keeps you busy, and that you’re looking forward to the coming New Year.
Like everyone else, I don’t know what to expect, and I don’t presume to have insider information. But I can say that change (whether feared or desired) can bring a sense of angst or hopefulness. I’m going to choose hopefulness, and I pray you do as well.
But I’m not naive, either. As any prepper who’s been at this for more than five minutes, I will continue to plan and prepare for the hard times because I continue to believe they’re coming. Maybe not this year (hopefully not this year!) but they’re coming. Still, I will be hopeful that whatever comes we, as a nation, as a family, and as children of God will come through the other side stronger, wiser, and with a deeper faith than we possess currently.
Merry Christmas!
