I realize now that I haven’t posted anything all month long, which I must apologize for. I’ll attempt to do better starting again next week.
But I have an excuse, I promise!
You see, I wrote another survival book titled, The Survival Blueprint: How to Prepare Your Family for Disaster. It is, without a doubt, my most ambitious work yet as it is intended to help folks get more prepared from start to finish, detailing my thoughts on precisely how to do just that in a (hopefully) easy to digest format.
You can read the description on Amazon at your leisure, but The Survival Blueprint goes over many dozens of actions (hundreds, in fact) that people can and should take to prepare themselves and their families to whatever point they feel comfortable. That is, if you only want to stock up on some food for a few weeks or months, I talk about the best way to do that. But if you want to go even further, we discuss gardening and other food procurement methods, as well as how to preserve that food without power, and plenty more. The same idea applies to all areas of survival, including water, comms, lighting, heating and cooling, sanitation…all of it.
Beyond preparedness actions, the book also goes into home safety and security topics, such as how to not to become a target of burglars, as well as a lengthy discussion on long-term home defense for if/when hard times come.
There’s plenty more, too, such as dozens of DIY survival ideas, plenty of checklists, and the like, but you can read all about it on Amazon if you like. Right now, however, the book is only available as a paperback version, but I expect to release the Kindle version in October.
I also realize that the book is more expensive that any of my previous books, but that’s largely because it’s at least two–if not three–times the size of my other books despite efforts to reduce page count. But, I had a lot to say, so it is what it is. That said, I do believe this book will be your go-to reference for preparedness in the future, if I may be so bold. And, as usual, I include additional references for those who purchase the book, such as videos to further explain topics.
All that said, I do hope you take some time and consider adding my latest survival book, The Survival Blueprint: How to Prepare Your Family for Disaster, to your bookshelf and, more importantly, begin to make use of my advice ASAP.
Enjoy!
