I haven’t really thought much about tactical driving techniques for SHTF scenarios, but I found the advice in the following video interesting enough to watch it all as I could imagine possibly needing to know these techniques at some point. In the video a pro driver demonstrates how to perform several different maneuvers, including J-turns and pit maneuvers, explains why high-speed reverse driving is a skill you should have and plenty more. Of course, none of this is safe for the public roadways in normal times or to attempt on your own! Consider contacting a training facility if you’re interested in trying these techniques on your own but, at least, now you’ll have some idea of how they’re done…
