The other day I was tasked with making dinner and since the kids wanted breaded fish and my wife wanted to add green beans, I was wondering what else I could quickly add to the meal and decided to get into these Thrive Loaded Scalloped Potatoes:
They’re easy to make as with all Thrive Express meals. Just boil two cups of water, add in the package (but remove the o2 absorber first), return to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes.
As with all the other express meals we’ve tried thus far, even the kids like them! And, in my opinion, they’re quite a bit tastier (and likely healthier) than the packages I can get from the local grocery store.

Here’s what they looked like done and on my plate with the breaded fish and green beans:
Like I said, they’re easy to make and plenty tasty too. If you’d like to give the Thrive Loaded Scalloped Potatoes a try yourself, you can purchase a 5-Pack of the Thrive Loaded Scalloped Potatoes if you like and even try other Thrive Life foods too.
