Great video w/ some excellent tips regarding the essentials of fat storage. But, she mentions storing SPAM as a fat, etc. source, all I can say to that is eugh!!! As much as I hate McDonald’s food, I’d rather eat that then SPAM. Yes, I know mickey D’s won’t be around when TSHTF. Other canned “meat” is my preference, lol. Just saying.
