Egg Storage Experiment – Week 17 Results

Here we are, only two eggs left. I think I’ll be glad when this experiment is over. 🙂 Anyway, here’s this week’s egg (didn’t float or smell funny):

And this is the egg cooking up (the yolk stayed fairly well in-tact):

As with other recent eggs, it did seem to break down relative easily (I know it’s tough to see in the pic):

After cooking the egg REAL well, I ate it as an egg sandwich this time… and it tasted just fine.
